Brekke Sales Company will always:

  1. Defend and support an engineer’s specification.
  2. Quote what is specified.
  3. Educate our engineers in good faith.
  4. Provide technical support, sizing and competitive information in good faith.
  5. Respect the decisions and final say of the engineer.
  6. Respect the engineer and his/her specification.
  7. Regard the specification as a legal contract.
  8. Respond to questions with accuracy and in a timely matter.
  9. Request approval for alternate products in a timely manner to allow for engineer review.

Brekke Sales Company will never:

  1. Contact an engineer’s client without permission.
  2. Quote “value engineering” products without permission.
  3. Go behind an engineer’s back to secure an order.
  4. Mislead an engineer about any of our manufacturer’s product capabilities.
  5. Quote a product that does not have prior approval first.
  6. Take our relationships with our engineers for granted.
  7. Abuse and/or take liberties with an engineer’s specification.
